We offer quarter, half and whole hog bundles of our wonderful grass-fed heritage pork to our customers. Our pork is a rich deep red, with nice marbling, that is unlike anything you will buy at the grocery store. Our pigs live from birth to butcher in large paddocks on our farm, where we practice rotational grazing, moving our pigs regularly so they get fresh grass to graze throughout the growing months. In the fall and winter months, we supplement their diet with pumpkins, nuts they forage in our farm's woods, and alfalfa hay.

We use USDA Certified Paradise Locker Meats in Timble, MO because of their certified humane practices and their expertise in processing pasture-raised meats. Your meat will come to you fully frozen. A whole pig will use about four cubic feet of freezer space. On a whole hog package, you can expect about the following breakdown — 1/4 in Chops, 1/4 in Sausage, 1/5 of your hog in ham, 1/8 in Roasts, 1/8 in Bacon, and about 5% of it in Ribs.
